Due to the coronavirus outbreak, The Natural Doctor Ltd. is closely monitoring the situation and associated challenges that Covid-19 (Coronavirus) brings to us all in the health and well-being space.
Please note that we are open for business and processing all orders with only minor delays. From 24th of March, all consultations will be ‘virtual’ until further notice. For hormone testing, we now have home testing kits available (please see below). Thank-you to all our clients, The Natural Doctor Team.
Appointments
Our appointments will continue as normal, except breast thermography appointments, which have to be cancelled until further notice. Due to the government’s advice, we will be changing all appointments (except breast thermography appointments) to telephone or Skype. If you prefer to have your appointment via Skype – please contact us to arrange this.
We would also like to keep you informed and share some of the measures we are taking as a business. Our primary focus is to ensure our patients and our team are safe and well. In the absence of adequate and clear preventative guidelines coming from the Government or the GMC, Dr Eccles has released a guideline of how he feels risks can be significantly lowered, please find it here.
The Team
All of the employees at The Natural Doctor Ltd. are being provided with regular guidance on precautionary preventative measures in line with the latest government guidelines. We are maintaining our own health in the upmost way to ensure we can look after our patients.
Testing
For patients who require Dr Eccles’ hormone panel testing and do not wish to get their blood drawn via a local doctor/phlebotomist or the laboratory, we now have home testing kits (via finger prick) available which include prepaid envelopes that just need to be dropped off to any Royal Mail post box. Please contact us to organize your testing.
Orders
Please note that due to current circumstances, we can only post supplements on 2 days per week therefore minor delays to your order may occur. We strongly advise ordering enough supplements to last you at least for 2 months. If you are taking any prescriptions, we advise ordering 2-4 months’ supply. To place your order, please email us with your order details and we will process this for you. In this pressing time, your health is even more important to us and we are here to encourage, assist and guide you through to stronger and more resilient health.
If you have any questions during this time, please get in touch and we will be glad to respond. If you would like to receive some Vitamin C, Iodine or Nutricell recommended by Dr Eccles to help with virus prevention then please get in touch. This can be sent directly to your home.
